Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm an ex-nurse, mum of 2, and the owner of Sarah Hall Complementary Therapy. I created this space because I kept hearing the same thing from women in their 40s and 50s and beyond: “I just want to feel like myself again."

Having worked in healthcare, I've seen first hand how midlife can quietly wear women down. And as a mum, I know what it's like to spend years putting everyone else first—until you forget what it feels like to prioritise yourself.

After years in nursing, I realised I wanted to offer something slower, gentler, and more holistic—the kind of care I wished more women had access to.

My space is small, quiet, and filled with warmth—soft lighting, cosy blankets, and gentle music. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe. My job isn't to "fix" you; it's to support you while you shift and settle into this next, beautiful chapter of your life.
