Morning: A Warm Welcome and Fresh Brew

Start your day in Tenbury Wells with a visit to one of the town’s cozy cafes. The Spotty Dog Tea Room is a local favourite, where the scent of freshly brewed coffee and pastries welcomes you. Grab a seat by the window and watch the town slowly come to life as you sip on a hot cappuccino or a traditional English breakfast tea. If you’re in the mood for something hearty, their full English breakfast, complete with locally sourced sausages and bacon, is sure to satisfy.

After breakfast, take a leisurely stroll down Teme Street. This historic street is lined with charming independent shops, where you can find everything from antiques to handcrafted gifts. Late Morning: Discovering the History

No visit to Tenbury Wells is complete without exploring its rich history. Head over to St. Mary’s Church, an architectural gem on Church Street, this historic church, and peaceful churchyard, offers a quiet retreat and a glimpse into the town’s past.  St Mary’s functions as the mother church of the team and is often used by the community & civic events and is home to our popular Sunday School.

Next, make your way to the Tenbury Museum, a small but fascinating museum that captures the essence of the town’s history. Here, you can learn about Tenbury Wells’ role in the cider industry, see local artifacts, and get a sense of what life was like in the town over the centuries.
