Wake up to the morning sun and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or a Tea Pigs tea from your hostess tray before ambling into Tenbury to enjoy breakfast in one of the many coffee shops.

Your room, furnished with antiques, has soft fluffy dressing gowns, a hamper of local goodies, indulgent decanter of sherry and a hostess tray of flapjacks, fresh coffee from Coffee Care of Skipton and Tea Pigs, with fresh milk in your mini fridge.

Your bathroom has vegan toiletries from Tropic, a bath with a rain shower for the evenings when you want to relax before wandering into the town.

I live here with Toto my rescue dog and two cats.

A small backstory

I thought you may like to know a little about me. I relocated to Tenbury Wells after selling my previous B&B in Cumbria.

My first visitor there was an undercover hotel inspector – a baptism of fire! We were awarded Five-star Silver by Visit England. The following year we were awarded Five-star Gold from Visit England.

We were so thrilled when we were then awarded best B&B in Cumbria and the following year the best B&B in England by Visit England. That was an evening to remember!

My ethos when planning Morningside Cottage was to offer a high standard of services, buying locally where possible – hence I source from those whom I consider to be the best producers.
