Parsons Hall Farm is a privately-owned estate in Worcestershire.

The estate combines residential and commercial property portfolios, beef farming, public events and has a strong environmental ethos. Whilst retaining a unique heritage and rural charm, Parsons Hall Farm is running as a traditional beef farm, practising old-style farming, the estate is run commercially and seeks to demonstrate diversity. There are many opportunities to sample the delights that Parsons Hall Farm as a guest to one of its residential properties, as a visitor to its many events, or as a walker enjoying stunning views from rights of way.

Parsons Hall Farm is located just 30 miles – or about an hour – from Worcester. Being in a central location it has access to national road and rail networks north and south, as well as to Birmingham airport.

More locally, Tenbury Wells is 4 miles away; a historic market town with traditional high street shops and services.

There is an abundance of local activities and crafts in the surrounding rural villages within the estate’s vicinity providing variable and creative services for young and old alike.

Tithe Barn Is Grade II Listed, during 2010 the tithe barn went through extensive restoration, the stone bays and absent beams were reinstated, the old rusty tin roof removed and replaced with the original material of thatch, with several woven oak panels remaining, gave the pattern to reinstate the absent panels.

The individual stone bays offered a thrashing area in times gone by, the centre cobbled ‘Drive Through’ leads down to the cart pond, enabling the timber wheels of the cart to cool and contracted to the metal rims.

Hand laid cobbles surrounding the Tithe Barn, with some recent repair work, uncovered evidence of the original stone gullies, which have since been reinstated.

Film, Television and Photographic Shoots

We offer endless opportunities as a rural location for television, feature films, advertising and photographic shoots. The grade II listed Parsons Hall Farm, detached kitchen and Tithe Barn, presents character buildings in their own courtyard. Offering a wealth of attractive traditional and modern farm buildings, two picturesque fishing lakes and meandering brooks with hand built stone bridges, stunning surrounding, old orchards with early fruit trees, woodland and of course our two very beautiful treehouses.

Surrounded by more than thirty acres of beautiful and peaceful countryside, with a patchwork of small mixed ley meadows and woods, with small stone bridges crossing the brooks which enter and exit the medieval fishing pools and large ponds.

The farm rears Traditional Hereford Cattle, The Original Population A horned breed, with a herd of around 50 cattle, there are a few home hatched hybrid chickens, bred for the colourful eggs of all shapes and sizes they give us, Dotty the Great Dane and of course an array of miniature Dachshunds take up some of the residence and are always on duty.
