Actively taking part in many food festivals and events across the UK, The Ludlow Pickle Company aims to spread the love of pickles one show at a time.
Here at The Ludlow Pickle Company we are very proud of our range of oils and dressings, so much so, we use them to accompany most dishes in our restaurant. From our sweet balsamic glaze and honey and mustard dressing which we use to dress our salads to our range of oils best enjoyed with crusty bread.
We are now in the process of developing new dressings so keep an eye out online and at shows we will be attending where you will get the chance to sample and purchase our exciting new range.
All our delicious pickles are made in our kitchens where we source an abundance of fresh ingredients. From our newly harvested courgettes that are supplied from one of the top UK growers, to our lush green beans that take centre stage in our Green Bean Pickle.
Our chefs will endeavour to provide a new range of unique and exciting pickles throughout the year for you to purchase online and at participating shows as they experiment with new recipes and ideas.
Our unique tasting salt is hand harvested in the Salines of Loire Atlantique, South Brittany France.
100% natural, the only purification process is by nature itself with impurities being deposited along the Vasière while the water travels from one pond to the next. After weeks of summer sunshine the salt is hand harvested, bagged and left to rest for a few months where nutrients enhance the flavour of the crystals to make it one of the best salts available in the world.
We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible starting with our packaging which is all made from fully recyclable glass bottles to sourcing local produce where possible.
