Mr Hire brings a wealth of experience in educational leadership and a proven track record

Mr Hire is an accomplished and internationally experienced school Principal, having led
successful schools in the UK and across the Middle East, most recently leading Kent
College in Cairo, Egypt. He brings a clear, values-led vision focused on academic
excellence, exceptional pastoral care and the creation of inspiring learning environments
where young people can flourish and thrive. As Headteacher of St Michael Abbey School,
Mr Hire is committed to building on the school’s proud British educational heritage while
further strengthening its boarding provision and expanding its international reach. His
